Rosewell is a detached bungalow set in a quiet and secluded ¼ acre of mature garden in the township of Tong, you’re less than a 10 minute drive from the main town of Stornoway.
Including free parking, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video, it’s a home away from home.
With a large lounge and open plan kitchen and dining area, the house is bright and airy, designed for you to spend time together, but with comfortable bedrooms for those who like their own space.
High speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house, but you might find you want to put the tech down and enjoy the peace and quiet, play a family game, catch-up with some reading, or enjoy sitting in the garden.
The house is centrally heated with radiators throughout, just set the thermostat in the hallway.
The modern kitchen includes built in dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer and gas hob.
As well as a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle to get you started in the mornings.
We’ll provide a welcome basket with some essentials including a selection of coffee capsules.
The bathroom has a bath and separate large shower, WC and sink with a towel radiator.
There is also a separate WC and sink on the left as you come into the house.
The utility room has a washing machine and sink, is just off the kitchen and leads out to the back garden.
The secluded back garden has a picnic table on a private patio, an area of lawn, and a firepit with benches to sit out and roast marshmallows or star gaze as there’s very little light pollution on the island.
