The Location:
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of Neyland Town. A playpark, bus stop, shops and the Cleddau River are just 5 minutes away on foot. Neyland is perfectly located in South Pembrokeshire with multiple beaches in all directions including Tenby, Saundersfoot, Barafundle and Broadhaven. On our doorstep is Neyland Marina which boasts a beautiful refurbished Restaurant and cafe as well as a popular part of the Coast Park to walk (great for buggies, bikes and wheelchairs).
The Space:
Enjoy the entire house and large spacious back garden all to yourself. With 3 bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom with bath and separate shower, kitchen, a long lounge and dining room in the conservatory plus a downstairs loo and hallway with plenty of space to hang your coat and walking boots.
Bedrooms: 2 Double bedrooms and 1 Bedroom with bunks. There is space in the largest room for a travel cot, if you are planning to bring one please let us know and we shall arrange the space accordingly. There is a wardrobe in both double bedrooms and an airing cupboard on the upstairs landing with extra clothes storage space.
The whole house is for let and we have a driveway that can accommodate 3 cars. Access to the driveway is through a gate, picture included in photos, larger vans may struggle through the gate but you can park in front of the gates as it is still off the road.
Fresh Linen and towels are provided. There is hanging space in both double rooms with extra storage in the upstairs airing cupboard too. A washing machine is provided and Neyland Laundrette is also two minutes away. Free Wifi is also available at the cottage.
