The cottage is deceptively large on the ground floor with a wide open hallway leading on to an open plan Lounge and modern Kitchen. There is a washing machine available too. The hall also leads on to the downstairs toilet, which has a shower cubicle with electric shower, and at the end of the hall is the downstairs Master Bedroom fitted with a Kingsize bed. The ground floor ceilings are set very high, which is unusual for Fishertown properties, and makes the rooms feel airy and spacious.

A carpeted staircase leads to the upstairs with a second Bedroom, with a Double bed, directly ahead. At the top of the landing, to the right, is the main bathroom, with a bath and overhead power shower.
