Lovely self catering 1 bedroom Bothy is within the gardens of a 2000 acre working estate in open countryside yet only 10 mins to Kilmarnock, 15 mins to Ayr & Troon and 30 mins from Glasgow.
Quietly located by the potting sheds, alongside the walled garden, the cottage is cosy and is set up for every eventuality and is a home away from home if you’re here to work.
There is a double bedroom with ample storage, bathroom with shower over bath, living room and a separate fully equipped kitchen with dining. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob/oven/fridge/freezer/toaster/coffee machine and a Bluetooth speaker. For your convenience, we supply the cottage with milk & butter, eggs, bread, tea, coffee and some pantry basics for your arrival.
The cottage has a cosy sitting room which overlooks the garden. There is a SMART TV with NETFLIX. The hall has a washing/drying machine, additional storage with iron & board, safe and ample cleaning supplies to keep you going. The bathroom has a bath with an in bath electric shower. There are plenty of fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and loo paper.
There is a small sunny garden and terrace to the front with adjacent parking. The garden has a table and chairs on a sunny terrace with a BBQ & fire pit.
The cottage stands alone on part of a working estate. We ask all guests to respect the privacy of other homes and guests on the Estate.
Wifi, bed linen and towels are all included for your stay.
