The open plan living area has large comfy sofas set around the log burner and smart tv (and DVD player).There are glass doors leading down towards the top tier of the garden where you find a large comfy outdoor sofa with dining table and BBQ. Back inside the house, there is a stylish dining table that seats 6 adults and can be extended to seat a further 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and leads through to a utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier.

The master bedroom has a superking bed, stunning views over the garden and the sea, en-suite shower room and smart tv.
Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, views to the front garden and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed with views over the garden to the sea.
Bedroom 4 has 2x twin beds with views over the front garden.
There is a luxury family bathroom with large shower and freestanding bath. A separate toilet and sink are off the utility room.
The fully enclosed garden is tiered. The sun hits the garden most of the day and the sunsets are simply magical. The top level has a lawn and patio where you’ll find a BBQ and large corner sofa with dining table. The perfect spot for alfresco dining. There are steps down to the hot tub, which is the most wonderful place to wind down and enjoy the sunset after a day surfing, walking the coastal paths or relaxing on the beach.
Wifi, bed linen and towels are all included for your stay. There is plenty of private parking available for multiple cars.
