This traditional, stone farm house, sleeping 8 people, has unbeatable, south facing views of Duffus Castle from three of the four bedrooms and the sitting room.
You enter via a large porch which is great for storing boots, coats, golf clubs and other outdoor kit.
The two generously proportioned, double bedrooms (both with king sized double beds) are situated on the ground floor, along with both of the bathrooms, therefore making it easier for those with more limited mobility.
The bathrooms have been renovated to a high standard – each has a walk in shower and the larger bathroom also boasts a beautiful roll top bath.
The two twin bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with a wee snug. The snug is an ideal room for children/teens. It also has a desk so is good for those who may need to shut themselves away to work.
The large, bright sitting room with a wood burning stove for cosy nights in. We provide complimentary logs from the Estate for the stove and the fire bowl outside.
The farm house kitchen has a big central table seating 8 – perfect for those long, lazy dinners with family or friends. It is fully equipped so ideal for those who like to cook when they are away. There is a separate utility room with plenty of space to dry laundry.
The grassed, south facing garden also benefits from views of Duffus Castle. It has seating for 8, BBQ and a fire pit.
