This apartment is well presented ground floor apartment, ideally located in the little North Devon village of Putford, close to Bideford and the glorious coast. Tucked away in a courtyard behind the owners home, The Linney is the lower apartment in a tastefully converted barn.

There are two spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite and both have TVs in. There is a lovely lounge to relax in with a flat screen smart TV and an L shaped sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook at your own leisure – including a full sized fridge freezer and washing machine. Bed linen, towels and Wifi are all included for your stay.
