The town centre is accessible via a pleasant walk along the waterfront towards the Marina and Kirkwall Harbour. There is also an hourly bus service into town. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure our location provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy beautiful views over Kirkwall Bay from the grounds of Craigiefield House. There is free parking on-site, bike and equipment storage facilities, and unlimited free Wi-Fi.

The Steading – Part of an original Victorian Steading conversion this apartment, which is located at the rear of the main house, offers space and comfort for up to 2 people at a 4-star standard with one Kingsize twin / double room. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room is ideal for those who like to spend time together on holiday and our spa-bath is a favourite for relaxing in after an exhilarating day in the Orkney outdoors or a busy day at the office!

The Lodge – This renovated 1880s building provides a little bit of luxury for couples and individuals visiting Orkney. The apartment, which is located at the rear of the main house, is equipped to the highest standards, with sumptuous furnishings, a spacious kitchen / dining room, large modern living room and comfortable en-suite Kingsize double bedroom.
