Wide variety of walks and fishing/river activities close by, on the suck valley way. Very central – 8 mins to Roscommon, 20 mins to Athlone, 1 hour to Galway and 1.5 hours from Dublin airport.

There are 3 bedrooms which are all doubles and 2 bathrooms (one family bathroom and one en-suite).
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, utensils, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine for guests to use if they wish.
There is a cosy living room with TV to relax in front of and Wifi is all included. As well as bed linen and towels.
Plenty of private parking is also available at the cottage.
