There are 2 shower rooms with electric power showers (one is an en-suite off the rear bedroom) and there is also a separate WC.
The kitchen is of a good size and is well equipped with everything you would expect – fridge, oven and hob, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, bowls, crockery etc. There is also a breakfasting area suitable for a couple of people to sit at and eat or chat with the chef while in the kitchen. There is a separate Utility room with sink, washing machine and freezer.
The living room is a large space with 3 sofas that can easily seat 10/11 people and has amazing views over the loch. It has a large TV with Freeview box. The property has WiFi throughout, with a 60Mb download speed.
The dining room is in the conservatory next to the living room to the rear of the property and has a very large table that can accommodate 10 people easily for large gatherings.
The house has central heating throughout which is controlled via a time clock.
