What’s the difference between a serviced apartment and a traditional rental?

Serviced apartments are self-contained with their own bathroom, bedroom, living space and kitchen. The ‘serviced’ part means that the accommodation is cleaned typically once per week by a housekeeping team who will provide you with fresh bed linen and towels. They are perfect for short to mid-term stays, as the rates are all inclusive and there are no contracts to sign (just a cancellation policy to comply with).

Whereas a traditional rental, typically as a tenant you are asked to sign up to a contract for a minimum of six months, you are responsible for managing all the bills (council tax, TV licence, utilities etc) as well as potentially furnishing the accommodation and be liable for deposits and credit checks etc.


What's your minimum length of stay?

Bookings can be from as little as 1 night but this is dependent on the specific property you are booking. Usually check-in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out at 10am, unless agreed otherwise with a member of the team. Bookings can start on any day of the week.


What if I need to cancel my stay?

Each property will have it’s only cancellation policy which we will notify you with before booking. You will be required to give a certain amount of notice (e.g. 14 days before arrival or once in house) to amend or cancel your reservation without being charged a fee. If you cancel outside the property’s cancellation terms, you may be liable to a cancellation fee.


Do the properties have parking and WiFi?

All properties include parking and WiFi unless stated otherwise on the website or in your confirmation. Please ask if you are unsure.


Can I view the property before booking?

Yes – please let one of the team know and we will set up a viewing on your behalf. Please note that the more notice you can give, the better the chances to have the viewing on the day and time that suits you.


What if I need help during my stay?

On every booking, you will be provided with a 24 hour emergency contact number – for that peace of mind during your stay.


When will I get my booking confirmation?

Once we have received payment, we will send across a booking confirmation with the full property address and how to collect your keys with other relevant information for your stay.


What's included in the price?

All prices are fully inclusive unless stated otherwise. So there are no hidden charges at the end of your stay.
Sometimes a refundable deposit may be taken on your booking, but this will be explained before you make your reservation to make sure you are happy to proceed.
