The Barn is set within the courtyard of our beautiful Steading, self contained and very private. These cottages offer cosy and very comfortable accommodation whether you are travelling for a mini break or looking for some homely self catering accommodation while away with work in the Moray area.

The Barn Cottage: Sleeps up to 6, has 3 bedrooms, 1 open plan kitchen / dining room / living room and 3 bathrooms.

Ground Floor – On the ground floor are three bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room, a twin/double also with en-suite shower room and a further twin. A bathroom with corner bath and bidet completes the facilities.

First Floor – The whole upper floor comprises a large sitting/dining room with breakfast kitchen at one end. The kitchens are fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. From the sitting room French windows lead to a balcony giving panoramic views over the Moray Firth and with stairs to the patio garden below.

On the first floor, walking out the French windows from the open plan living / dining area takes you out onto a balcony which leads downstairs to your own private patio garden.

All bills are included – as well as plenty of parking, bed linen, towels and unlimited Wifi.
