The cottage windows have views over the owners farm to the front and side, with the rear overlooking its parking area. It offers three bedrooms (2 x doubles and 1 x twin), a bathroom with shower over bath, a lounge with woodburning stove, and a fully equipped dining kitchen.

All three bedrooms are furnished simply and offer reading lights, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers, and hanging space with hangers provided. We also provide bed linen, (synthetic quilt and pillow), as well as one bath sheet sized towel per person.

The lounge has a view to the garden at the front of the cottage. It is furnished simply but comfortably and seats six persons on leather sofas and a recliner armchair around a coffee table. There is also a television with freeview channels.

The kitchen overlooks the farm fields and the Cross Borders Drove Road track. It has basic cooking utensils, and basic baking trays, pots and pans. There is a fridge freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine. There is a teapot, a cafetiere and sufficient glassware, crockery and cutlery for six persons. The kitchen has a dining table that seats six persons.

The bathroom has a WC, wash basin and bath with shower. We provide a bathmat, a hand towel, hand soap and toilet paper. There is a hairdryer available for your use. Please note, we do not provide bathing toiletries.

There is also wireless broadband provided for guests as well as on-site parking.
