This self catering 2 bedroom barn is situated in a quiet, rural location, wonderfully positioned for exploring Cornwall. It is also conveniently located with easy access from the A30 and which is the main road into Cornwall. Only 5 miles to Truro and within easy reach of the beautiful North and South Coast beaches.
The Barn will be entirely your space during your stay. There is a private entrance (via key safe), into ground floor entrance hall with utility room, stairs to first floor with a large fully equipped kitchen and living area on the left and the 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the right. There is one king sized bedroom and one bunk bedroom. There is a new flat screen smart tv in the master bedroom and a newly landscaped large raised grassed area entirely for guest use.
There is also plenty of room to park one or two cars by the property. Wifi, bed linen and towels are all included for your stay.
There is a private patio/BBQ area and a raised lawn which is exclusively for our guests. The fields surrounding the Barn often have cows grazing, for wildlife enthusiasts we also regularly spot deer, badgers and owls.
